Yoga Classes (Group & Private)

As a yoga teacher, I offer a variety of classes including slow flow vinyasa, gentle/hatha, meditation, and restorative yoga infused with the philosophies of yoga. My teaching style is focused on mindful movement to breath and intended to meet students where they are so all levels feel welcome.

Private classes are co-created and designed to realize the student’s goals. The environment is interactive and nurturing and intended for students that desire to learn the basics, master a specific pose, or deepen an existing practice.

Private Class Rates: $75 per hour ($90 for couple)

Group Class Rates: Based on Session Length

Corporate Rates: Available Upon Request

Yoga Therapy (Private)

Private Yoga therapy sessions consist of individualized yogic assessments that explore physical, spiritual, and emotional well-being. Evidenced-based therapeutic plans of care are co-created and based on client goals. I work with all ages and specialize in healthy aging, mental health/nervous system regulation, chronic pain, grief, caregiving, and life transitions. During a session I will recommend and review a combination of yoga tools, including but not limited to poses, breathwork, meditation, relaxation, mindfulness, mudras/symbolic hand gestures, and affirmations/intentions.

Initial Consultation (includes plan of care): $125 (90 minutes)

Follow-Up Appointment: $85 (1 hour)

Initial Consultation + 2 Follow-Up Appointments: $265

Yoga Therapy (Group)

I also work with groups that have common concerns and goals, utilizing individualized yogic assessments to determine the most appropriate therapeutic plan for the group as a whole. These group sessions are open to all levels and are typically centered around mental health, chronic pain and life transitions but may be more specific depending on client needs. These sessions incorporate a variety of yoga tools, that may include but are not limited to poses, breathwork, meditation, relaxation, mindfulness, mudras/symbolic hand gestures, and affirmations/intentions.
